1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the hdb88 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses it ("User", "Member", "you"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Account" refers to a personal profile secured by a username and password belonging to one user.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted under promotional offers that cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering conditions are met.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

hdb88 supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source of funds must be a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Your account must hold a sufficient verified balance at the time of withdrawal. Winnings from bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Verification

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at hdb88 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 would award the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• hdb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• The welcome bonus applies once per person, household, or device.
• Separate terms apply to cashback and other promotional benefits.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

hdb88's VIP program has 5 tiers. Through regular gaming activity, a member can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

VIP tier advancement is determined by regular gaming activity. Cashback is credited automatically to eligible accounts each week. hdb88 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fair Use Policy

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt to defraud the platform.
• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform for gain.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, hdb88 may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, forfeit bonuses and suspicious winnings, and take legal action where necessary.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All electronic games on hdb88 are operated using independently tested Random Number Generator technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased and not predetermined.

7.2 Game Interruptions & Void Bets

If a game is left incomplete or a connection is lost due to technical issues, hdb88 reserves the right to refund the bet for that round or settle it based on the last confirmed result. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds offered in sports markets are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time apply. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet is refunded. No specific outcome can be claimed.

8 Account Suspension, Closure & Inactive Accounts

8.1 Account Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time through the support team. You should withdraw your balance before closing. Any eligible balance remaining in a closed account will be returned within the specified timeframe.

8.2 Account Suspension by hdb88

If there is suspicion of a breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or if an investigation is required, hdb88 may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice. If the account holder is found to be in the clear after investigation, the account will be reactivated.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts — contact support for specific details. To reactivate your account, please contact support.

If any part of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of this agreement shall always be considered the authoritative version.
